Shipping:
Update September 1st, 2022: Due to major rate increases from all of our shipping carriers, we are no longer able to offer free shipping for those living in Colorado. The new shipping rates are as follows:
$6.75 for incontinence supplies
$9.90 for skin care and all other supplies
Printed diapers, single printed diapers are not available for shipping as this time due to their being an exclusive item in our local location for Colorado guests.
Delivery:
All local in-person deliveries are unavailable due to major increases in fuel costs and insurance. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Local delivery and our company delivery services are subject to operating and business hours. For our staffs safety, we will not accept any requests for deliveries outside of our normal operating hours. We also do not deliver in person on holidays or weekends. All in person delivery requests must be within 25 miles of our Colorado Springs location. At this time we do not deliver outside of that area. Not all products are available for local delivery. If you are within our delivery area and it is a product that we have available for the service, local in person delivery is no cost to you.
Returns Policy:
Due to the intimate nature of incontinence products, we cannot accept returns for opened packages of incontinence products. For unopened packages we will work with you to exchange the product for the right one and remedy the issue. At the moment we do not have a way to accept out of state exchanges so please contact us for assistance.
Local Orders:
We do not accept phone or text orders. Please place all orders through the website or feel free to visit our physical location in Colorado Springs (See Our Location Page)
Order Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final. We apologize for any inconvenience but once an order has been placed and paid for, you have committed to the purchase and it cannot be canceled. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an issue or if payment has not been received.
Payment Policy:
All orders must be paid in full before or at the time of delivery. For website orders, the order will be shipped and fulfilled when payment has cleared and there is confirmation of purchase. With the exception of healthcare and corporate clients, we will not accept invoices for payment and will no longer arrange for invoicing, payment plans or physical cash purchases. All purchases must be paid for using a debit or credit card.
Privacy Policy:
Discreet Solutions is committed to protecting your privacy. We never share your name, contact information or account information with any of our partners, distributors or anyone else. Periodically we will send out emails with product news, promotions or updated blogs if you have subscribed and signed up but you can also opt out of emails at any time for any reason.
Samples Policy:
We gladly provide complimentary samples for Colorado folks to try before purchasing a full package. However, the limit is 1 sample per person of each product/brand/style and we routinely ask for feedback on provided samples to ensure we are making the best recommendation and fitment. At this time printed diaper samples are not complimentary but may be purchased individually. We reserve the right to deny any sample request if you have already tried a specific product. We do not ship samples out of state. Please note: some samples may not always be in stock. However, if available we will request it from the manufacturer.
Business to Business:
If you are a Colorado business, charity or healthcare company we will gladly work with you to create customized pricing and solutions to meet your business needs. We are not a full wholesale distributor but have many competitive pricing options, discounts and packages to best fit your unique needs.
Reimbursement:
At this time we are not a licensed Medicaid/Medicare provider and cannot accept orders or requests for reimbursement. Should you need incontinence products that are qualified for Medicaid or Medicare, please contact your local office to find a provider who can best suit your needs. We also cannot accept insurance as payment, we are a direct and private pay organization.

BY CHOOSING TO ORDER FROM OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO OUR PRICING AND SET PRODUCT PRICES. AT NO TIME ARE WE GOING TO REFUND YOU DUE TO PERSONAL ASSUMPTION OR THINKING WE OVER CHARGED YOU. OUR PRICES ARE CLEAR AND SET AS IS. WE DO NOT HAGGLE OR NEGOTIATE FOR ANY REASON OR DUE TO PERCEPTION OF PRODUCT VALUE IN RELATION TO COSTS AND PRICES. ALL PRICING IS FINAL. All clients and customers are requested to adhere to our dress code. No shirt, no shoes, no service. We do not provide service for anyone who is not fully dressed or arrives in just a disposable undergarment. We refuse service to anyone who is visibly under the influence of alcohol or substances of any form. We also reserve the right to refuse service or request you to leave our premises for violations to the above policies, for not providing payment or refusing pay for a purchase based on our prices. We reserve the right to deny promotions and haggled pricing over products and services. We reserve the right to refuse and deny any and all requests for services outside of our business offerings and for visits/deliveries outside of our business and operating hours. We will refuse all requests for fetish use and favors. Any attempts to harass, badger, defame our company or staff will result in law-enforcement or criminal charges pressed against you the individual. Revision: we reserve the right to refuse and drop any customer or purchase at any time at our discretion.
