Do You Ship Discreetly?


Yes! We ship our products and orders in plain packaging and boxes.




What Payment Forms Do You Accept?


Website: We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure payment system. We can also accept pre-paid giftcards. For your safety, we do not keep cards on file for any reason. PayPal: We accept all PayPal transactions Local Purchases: We can accept all cards or cash. However, please have the exact amount of cash, we do not make change or operate a cash drawer.




How Long Does Shipping Take?


Orders placed before 1:00 PM MST are usually shipped Same Day. Colorado customers will recieve their order within 48 hours in most cases. Some regional products or products that are out-of-stock in our local location will arrive within 3 to 5 days.




Are You A Retail Store and Can I Stop By?


No, we are not a traditional retail store. Please contact us in advance or ultilize our websites scheduling system for any in-person order pick-ups.




Do You Protect My Privacy?


Yes! We protect your privacy and we never share your name, email or payment information for any reason with anyone including, other customers, vendors or other companies. We use SSL and HTTPS as our privacy formatting for transactions and order privacy.




Can I Cancel an Order?


No, once an order has been placed and paid for it cannot be canceled unless we have a reason to cancel due to error or website issues.




Do You Accept Returns?


We cannot accept returns for open packages of products. We can exchange the unopened product for one of equal or lesser value that is better suited to your needs. However, we can only accept exchanges for unopened products and for local Colorado customers. We cannot accept returns or exchanges through our website or for internet orders. *Does not apply to ABDL diaper purchases - please see our policies for more information*




Why Do You Have Food Recipes In Your Blog?


We believe that balance is key when managing incontinence. Simply put, a healthy lifestyle, nutrition and food can all play a part in symptoms and managment of incontinence related issues and problems. We have included in our blog all of the recipes from our newsletters so that you can easily access them, print them and make them at home if you so chose.




Phone and Text Orders?


We no longer accept phone and text orders. Orders and purchases must be placed through the website. We will gladly accept inquiries and questions via phone and text but not orders.




Can I Get A Sample?


If you are a local Colorado resident, absolutly! We offer a wide variety of free product samples for our Colorado customers so you can try things out and see what works best for you. However, printed diaper samples are not free and we do not ship free samples. We also have a limit of 1 per person of each brand and product. We do not automactically add or give free samples to each purchase. We reserve the right to deny any free sample request at our discretion and at our choosing if samples have been abused and you have not made a purchase of that product.




Do I Get A Discount In Person?


No. All of our prices are equal and the same for both our website and office location. Active Duty Military, Veterans, Law Enforcment, Paramedics, EMS and Fire/Emergency Personnel receive a 10% discount on all products, including printed products. Please offer proof at time of purchase. We support our Troops and First Responders!




How Much is Shipping?


If you live in Colorado shipping is FREE for all orders over $9.99. Our flat shipping rate for all other states is: $2.25 for incontinence products $9.00 for skin-care and health products
